Return & Exchange Policy
At Minsa & Manal, we take great pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and exclusivity of our designs. Each piece is carefully created using premium fabrics and intricate embroidery to meet the highest couture standards.
If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
- Exchanges are allowed once per order and are subject to product availability.
Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items
- To maintain our quality and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Sale, discounted, or promotional articles
- Custom-stitched or made-to-measure outfits
- Altered or customized products
- Accessories or add-ons such as separate laces, dupattas, or embellishments
Online Exchange Process
- To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel through one of the following channels:

- The item must be returned for inspection before an exchange is approved.
- Courier or return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless the product received is incorrect or defective.
Incorrect or Defective Items
- If you receive an incorrect or defective item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear images of the issue via email or WhatsApp.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.
Refund Policy
- Cash refunds are not offered.
- In exceptional cases (such as product unavailability), a store credit or voucher will be issued, redeemable on future purchases.

Minsa & Manal reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
